Research standards

We distinguish current product facts from general guidance and editorial judgment. Unstable facts such as pricing, plan availability, features, limits, and trial terms should be verified against current first-party documentation when the article is updated.

Experience and evidence

We do not claim firsthand use unless that experience actually occurred and can be represented accurately. We do not invent conversion rates, user counts, testimonials, guarantees, or competitor limitations.

Corrections

Software changes quickly. When we discover a material error, the goal is to correct the page rather than preserve outdated wording for consistency.
